Description

As their scope of practice continues to expand, pharmacists will be monitoring and adjusting drug doses appropriately in collaboration with the patient’s physician and other team members.  This program has been designed to help primary care pharmacists use laboratory results as an important component of the clinical information required to effectively implement these professional activities.
