Pharmacy business considerations All pharmacies enter into a variety of agreements as part of ongoing business. Owners need to be aware that all agreements signed create rights in your favour and obligations you must fulfill. We will enlighten pharmacy owners to fully understand the benefits and rights and the costs and obligations associated with signing contracts such as: Pharmacy Provider Agreements, Wholesale Supply Agreements, Banner Agreements and Commercial Leases.

A strategy of hope is not a strategy Most typical “strategic plans” and “strategic planning sessions” that small business owners undertake are, in reality, nothing more than resource allocation plans or glorified budgets. At the root of every failed strategy are a set of failed assumptions that proved to be false. So, what is Strategy? What are the right questions that should be asked?
