Full-day active learning and skill development program for pharmacy owners and managers only. All four modules must be taken together.

INCREASING THE VALUE OF YOUR PHARMACY

With reimbursement for the dispensing and sale of prescription drugs dwindling, without corrective action, your pharmacy is going to be worth less this year than in 2017. And that trend will continue.

This intensive full-day active learning program will make the case for the biggest opportunity facing every pharmacy for better care and financial results. You will work closely in teams and share ideas with other experienced pharmacy owners and leaders to prepare your team to: find the time and master key skills to deliver measurably better patient care and enjoy a more fulfilling professional experience, while you increase personal freedom and achieve greater business success. You will leave this program with a vision and a practical plan to lead your organization through the transformation from a business dependent on pills to one that creates its own future based on skills.
