Reservations
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS:  Each individual guest must make his or her own reservation by calling  1-800-WESTIN1   by  January 01, 2012.  They must identify themselves as members of Pharmacy U.   All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. 

CANCELLATION OF ROOM RESERVATIONS:
Guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodations.  Deposits (taken either in cash or by credit card) are refunded or credited only if notice is received 48 hours prior to arrival date and cancellation number must be obtained by guest.

Cut off Date:
January 01, 2012. The hotel will continue to accept reservations from the Group’s attendees after that date at the prevailing room rate, subject to availability.

Traditional Double $129 per night single/double occupancy
Traditional King $129 per night single/double occupancy
